I love making cards that draw attention to Breast Cancer Awareness.I started making cards for a cousin of mine who was dying of breast cancer a couple years ago. That was some of the motivation of making cards for me because I wasn't finding anything in the marketplace that seemed to fit. I wanted to mail a card every couple weeks to let her know she was in my thoughts since I didn't live near her and couldn't visit. I think (hope) my cards helped to keep her spirits up a little bit. I heard she enjoyed when a new one arrived in the mail!
When a challenge like this comes up, it reminds me of Carolyn and that's a good thing!
